  17. This document is an Internet Draft.  Internet Drafts are working documents of

  35. This bibliography offers a short list of recent information resources that will
  36. help the network novice become familiar with the Internet, including its
  37. associated networks, resources, protocols, and history. This FYI RFC includes
  38. references to free sources of information available on-line as well as more
  39. formal publications.  A short section at the end includes information for
  40. accessing the on-line files. This FYI is intentionally brief so it can be easily
  41. used as a handout by user services personnel.
